My rooms at this place were reasonably large and newly renovated, exceptional value for the money. the location was excellent and handy, right across the road from the church. - It was a 25-minute walk from Crag House Farm, which was convenient. - I had a really enjoyable stay.

the hotel was spotless and had very efficient and genuinely helpful staff with outstanding customer service. i thoroughly enjoyed the room with a double and single bed, the bed was comfortable. the location was peaceful and absolutely gorgeous for traveling around bramhope, just next door to everything, including irate guests, and the dales. also, arthington viaduct was 2 miles away from the property.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, coffee table, seating area, and convenient location near pubs and restaurants make it a great place to stay.

Feeling that I truly enjoyed this well priced and quiet hotel after staying for 1 night. The room was reasonably large with a double and single bed and the overall experience was very relaxing. The breakfast offered was lovely with sliced brown bread.

Check-in was swift, the room was spacious with a single bed and a bathtub, and all amenities were provided; the location is peaceful and comfortable, conveniently near the airport.

Its a great place to sleepover prior to an early morning flight and the cost is usually very similar to what u wud pay for parking only at or near the airport. Theoption of an acceptable 3 course dinner at a very reasonable price helps get the holiday off to a good start

the location is perfect for the Leeds Bradford airport

The Bar food was poor and had long que's at the Bar.

It felt like we were in the country, yet we were quite close to the town and the location is perfect. If we'd had more time, there are some lovely walks round and about

Hotel reception staff were fantastic,

Manager and restaurant staff rubbish, meals where disgusting, and we found a used condom under the bed from previous people, our kettle did not work in the room, it was replaced 3 times and still didnt work, we gave up in the end. Everyone was complaining about the food, the staff were rude and ignorrant. All the food was cold and the soup resembled dish water, every person sent it back. Staff on reception tried to help as the last time we stayed we had a similar experience, but the manager would not budge, although I did get a free coffee as the kettle did not work, we have stayed here many times as it is ideal for the airport, but in future we will book early and find alternative place to stay.

I choose this place every time I'm in Bramhope. the location is incredible, just a short walk to the Dales. - Bramhope is a lovely village.

The location

The bathroom is overdue an update, the ceiling was covered in damp and mildew. Travelling with another family, I took 4 children down to the pool at 7.05pm for a quick swim before evening meal, only to be told it closes at 7.30pm and the last entry was 7pm so we were not allowed in. I would expect a facility such as this to be open until 9pm, especially during summer time when most travellers have been out all day making the most of the daylight.
